Filing a Complaint

If you believe Virtus failed to provide these services or treated you differently based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be filed in person, by mail, fax, or email. If you need help writing your complaint, Virtus staff will assist you.
