People who have been in the work, and know how to move through it.
Virtus is built around practitioners who bring both clinical training and lived experience to every session. No detached observers. Just direct, skilled partners in the work.
Taylor Hall is a therapist, former EMT, and author of guided workbooks designed to help people better understand themselves and live with greater intention. Before entering the clinical world, Taylor worked in emergency response, an environment that taught him how people actually function under pressure, how quickly things can deteriorate without the right support, and how much resilience is possible when someone has clear tools and a clear direction.
That experience shapes how Taylor works with clients today. Sessions are structured, evidence-based, and focused on outcomes, not open-ended exploration for its own sake. Taylor draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing, adapting each approach to the individual rather than applying them rigidly.
While Taylor works with all clients, his practice specializes in men who are ready to take meaningful steps forward. Whether that means managing anxiety, breaking a pattern of addiction, improving relationships, or rebuilding a sense of direction after a major life shift, his authored workbooks extend that work outside the session room, giving clients structured tools they can use independently.
