Counseling
Counseling at Virtus is available via secure telehealth through a partnership with Mindful Therapy Group. Sessions are structured around your specific goals and use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing, adapted to fit your situation.
This is the right fit if you are dealing with something clinical: anxiety, OCD, depression, addiction, or trauma. You will leave each session with something concrete to work on before the next one.
Oregon clients: insurance is accepted.
The following plans are accepted for Oregon counseling clients. Your copay will be billed at the start of each session.
Coaching
Coaching at Virtus is goal-focused and accountability-driven. Each paid session runs approximately one hour, and every week includes a free check-in on the day of your choosing to keep you on track between sessions.
Coaching is the right fit if you want a structured partner to help you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be, in your career, habits, relationships, or sense of direction.
