Our Services

  • Traditional Coaching

At Virtus, our traditional life coaching services are designed to help men gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take confident steps toward the life they want to create. Offered nationwide, this course is especially tailored to young adults navigating the challenges of early adulthood and men balancing the responsibilities of parenthood. Each session, offered at a cost of $99, provides personalized one-on-one support to help you clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and build strategies for success in areas like career, relationships, personal growth, and lifestyle. Andrew Enzo, who specializes in this area of coaching, draws on his experience and insight to help men find confidence, purpose, and direction. Whether you’re just starting out in adulthood or striving to be the best version of yourself for your family, Andrew’s thoughtful and encouraging approach ensures that each coaching session is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with strength and clarity.

  • "Level up" Coaching

Our Level-Up Life Coaching program brings a unique twist by gamifying the coaching experience—turning your personal growth into an RPG-style adventure you can win. Designed especially for men, particularly those who grew up gaming or still enjoy it today, this approach reframes your goals as quests, your progress as experience points, and your relationships as affinity levels you can strengthen. Each session, offered at $99, helps you strategize your “character build,” develop new skills, and stay motivated as you level up in real life. Derek Wray, who specializes in this innovative coaching style, combines his expertise with a passion for helping men tap into the same drive and excitement they once felt while gaming—only this time, the rewards are real. Whether you’re seeking growth in career, relationships, or personal development, Level-Up coaching offers a fun, engaging, and highly motivating way to create lasting change.

  • Oregon Counseling

If you’re looking for deeper therapeutic support, we also offer a 60-minute counseling session. Counseling is designed to help you explore challenges, process emotions, and build strategies for long-term change. These sessions are provided by Taylor Hall, a Practicing Counselor Associate (Oregon) who has partnered with Mindful Therapy Group. He is passionate about helping people navigate life transitions, overcome mental health challenges, and address concerns that men commonly face. Taylor brings training and experience in addiction therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. In Oregon, he works under the direction and guidance of a registered clinical supervisor to ensure the highest quality of care. Counseling sessions provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to support recovery, reduce anxiety and depression, process trauma, and foster personal growth. In Oregon, most major insurance providers are accepted through Mindful Therapy Group, and your copay will be billed at the start of each session. Sessions are also available at an out-of-pocket rate of $99.

  • Counseling "What It's Like to Work with Me"

Hi, I'm Taylor Hall, a Professional Counselor Associate with Virtus. Choosing a counselor is a big step, and I want you to feel confident that we'll be a good fit. I provide services exclusively to clients in Oregon and specialize in helping people navigate Sadness, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, anger, life transitions, and feeling "Stuck." My background as an EMT and in addiction counseling gives me a unique appreciation for the challenges faced by first responders and those in recovery. I’m committed to meeting you exactly where you are with a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and client-centered approach.

Starting Our Work Getting to Know You: Our first session is an Intake Assessment where I'll ask broad questions about your history and what brought you to therapy. This helps me understand you as a whole person and ensure we're a good fit. Defining Our Path: We’ll work together to clearly define your goals—whether it's managing anxiety or coping with a major change. We can always adjust these as you progress. Building Trust: I actively work to establish a safe and confidential space. It's normal to feel nervous, but this initial stage is all about building the trust essential for successful therapy.

Ongoing Sessions: Therapy is a collaborative, two-way conversation where you are the expert on your life, and I offer professional expertise. Exploring Emotions: I'll listen actively as you describe your situation. This is a safe space for tears, laughter, or frustration. I’ll ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to help you explore your feelings and discover your own insights. Challenging Patterns: We’ll gently identify and challenge unhelpful thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you stuck. This isn't about telling you that you are wrong, but about exploring new, constructive skills. Practice for Change: I may give you "homework" between sessions, like tracking your mood or practicing a new coping skill. This is how you apply what you learn to your daily life, which is vital for long-term change.

I look forward to the possibility of working with you!
