Counseling
Counseling at Virtus is available via secure telehealth through a partnership with Mindful Therapy Group. Sessions are structured around your specific goals and use evidence-based approaches — including CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing — adapted to fit your situation.
This is the right fit if you're dealing with something clinical: anxiety, OCD, depression, addiction, or trauma. You'll leave each session with something concrete to work on before the next one.
Coaching
Coaching at Virtus is goal-focused and accountability-driven. Each paid session runs approximately one hour, and every week includes a free check-in on the day of your choosing to keep you on track between sessions.
Coaching is the right fit if you want a structured partner to help you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be — in your career, habits, relationships, or sense of direction.
