Appointments
Book a session.
Know what to expect.
Scheduling is straightforward. Choose the service that fits your situation, pick a time, and come to the first session ready to define your objective. That's where we start.
Choose your path
Counseling or coaching — here's how to book.
Not sure which one is right for you? If you're dealing with something clinical — anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma — counseling is the right fit. If you want structured support around goals, habits, or direction without a clinical focus, coaching is the place to start. Still unsure? Book a free 15-minute consult and we'll figure it out together.
What to expect
What the first few sessions look like.
Session 1
Define the objective
We map what's not working, identify root patterns, and set a clear measurable goal. You'll leave with a direction.
Sessions 2–4
Build the strategy
We develop your personal framework — tools, exercises, and habits tailored to your specific situation and goals.
Ongoing
Track and adjust
Progress is reviewed every session. We troubleshoot what's slipping and lock in long-term gains.
Before you book
Common questions answered up front.
Do I need a diagnosis or referral?
No. You can book directly — no referral or prior diagnosis required for either counseling or coaching.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Private pay means no diagnosis is filed with your insurance company without your explicit consent. Your records are fully confidential.
How long will I need to come?
Most clients see meaningful progress in 6–12 sessions. We set a clear goal from the start and track toward it — this isn't indefinite or open-ended.
What do I need for a telehealth session?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a reasonably private space. Sessions use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform — no special software required.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are handled through the respective booking platforms — Mindful Therapy Group for counseling, Calendly for coaching.
